Delays, network mistakes, refunds, fees and tracking.How long does a swap take?Most swaps start once the deposit is detected on-chain. Timing depends on the source network, confirmation speed and MinerSwap routing. If a quote is still pending, open the swap status page and check the latest state.
What happens if I send on the wrong network?Wrong-network deposits can be difficult or impossible to recover. Always select the same network in MinerSwap and in your wallet. For EVM chains, addresses can look identical, so manually check Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain or Avalanche before sending.
What if I send too little?The status page can show an incomplete deposit. Send the missing amount only if the quote is still valid and the instructions still match. If unsure, stop and use support with the swap ID.
What if the quote expires?Do not send funds after expiration. Create a new quote to receive a fresh amount, address and timer.
How do refunds work?The refund wallet is collected before creating a quote. If a route becomes failed or refundable, that address is the intended return destination. Refund timing depends on the route state and source network.
Where are fees shown?The fee is displayed before creating the quote and again in the quote summary, before the user validates the live swap.
Can I repeat a swap?Yes. The quote panel includes a repeat button, and the browser stores recent swaps locally so the same route can be restored without an account.
Is an account required?No account is required for normal swaps. Public history is anonymized, while remembered wallets stay in the current browser only.
